This hat was supposed to be the start of a hat for jacob (hence why its a little big for leah, but now i actually like the fit) but the stitch came out too girly, you can't see it well in the picture.. but it is.. so it became another hat for leah with a tiny brim visor in the front..... I am hoping to learn how to make a crochet flower to hook to this hat.. we'll see how that goes :)

I cant get over what is coming out of his mouth these days...
today he made up a song.. imagine the veggie tales and the song " the bunny the bunny, OH i ate the bunny" well, jacob comes to me today and sings in his cute little singing voice:
"The cookies, the cookies, OH i like the cookies!" it was just sooooooo cute :) and then he says "sing it mommy too, sing it mommy!"
Also, we were working on our colors.. again.. and he saw a picture of a watermellon and says "That is the best watermellon ever!!!!" I don't know why he thought that , but he did :)
oh and here's a few more projects i did And TODAY i can't wait.. but i am making jacob a couple winter hats with boyish stripes, etc... yeah :)
