yes, the watermark is back.. if you check out stltoday.com there is a story of a family who's pictures from her blog were taken in another country over seas and used for advertising.. i am wondering how often this happens?? so for now i am going to start putting my name on my pictures to keep my kids from showing up on some weird advertisement... who knows? it could happen!

well, yes i can declare for sure now that jacob is pottytrained! daytime only though, still needs a diaper at night as he wakes up a little wet sometimes, but during the day he's on his own and goes.. however he is very interested in washing his hands and will do that for hours on end, very annoying i'd have to say, so we are going to work on some kind of music or song or something to make his limit.. i'll let you know how that goes!
