We accepted an offer on our house today and the contract is signed, so now we just have to wait for inspections to be done and then we close 2 days before we close on our new house!!! Isn't God great how He times things to happen just so perfectly when we trust Him. No bridge loan and No owning two houses at the same time. Only 3 weeks this house was on the market in an area where houses are not selling fast right now, I can tell you it was nothing we did but everything He did! Thank you Lord!
