Long Day

"This was our first nap of the day that lastest only 5 minutes"

Jacob just loves Sammie.. since I always make a kissing sound at Sammie to get her to come to me, believe it or not Jacob makes a kissing sound everytime he sees Sammie now too!!! I can't believe it, I've been trying to get this on video with no luck yet..

Jacob decided he was old enough to feed himself with a spoon now and actually did a pretty good job!

Poor Baby, he just went down for his first nap of the day, big difference from yesterday.. i couldn't seem to keep him awake yesterday and today he just wants to either play/nurse/cry.. The only thing that seemed to help was some ibuprofen and teething gel and then he was able to rest..we tried for a nap earlier but he woke up crying 5 minutes later... I tried out pears today again, since in the passed Jacob has not been a fan of fruits.. but he has had a change of heart, after about 5 bites he decided he did like the pears and ate about a 1/2 of jar.. i am going to attempt fruit in the morning and veggies at night and hopefully the spitting up won't be too bad for now.. today he didn't seem to spit up very much at all. For those of you who don't know, we are in the process of getting our first "new" car for multiple reasons, including that Jimmy's current car probably wouldn't make it thru the election without tons of repairs and tons of money spent on gas alone and it's not even worth making repairs on it and we want a car with better gas mileage since we both do alot of driving between st. louis and here and also this car has a 3400 tax break or credit or something if purchased before sept 30th since it's a hybrid and Jimmy has been looking at this car for months... today we got the call we've been waiting for, the car is in! so we go pick it up tomorrow, pretty excited.. I am sure i'll have pictures on the blog for you tomorrow..
