Acid Reflux

well, we are onto another new medicine. About a week ago, Jacob started refusing the zegerid and then started vomiting a big mucousy blob after taking it.. so i stopped it waiting for a new prescription.. bad refluxing started and now we have started zantac syrup... BAD TASTE. I don't understand why these medications can't be flavorless or actually taste better than nasty strong mint.. what newborn wants to drink that?? anyway, he pretty much spit his whole first dose of that out, i am going to try to mix it with milk tomorrow and give it.. if not, i'd be willing to go back to zegerid cause it did work and just mix it with maybe alot more milk and maybe that would dumb down the taste, he always fought taking it, so I could try again i guess.. once he eats solids it should be much better cause then i can just mix plain over the counter prevacid with his applesauce or something, but for now it is so hard getting anything down him other than milk.
