The above are pictures from Easter
I've neglected my poor blog.. SOOOO, hopefully my computer will agree and let me post lots of recent pictures and tell you all that is going on! FIRST, Jimmy got a new job (answer to huge prayer) and we are currently working on selling our house! Check out the blog i made for that www.821SunsetDrive.blogspot.com and I have cut down my working hours to 2 days a month which will be sooo much less stress and sleep deprivation on my part. I am very excited! We have also gotten rid of our DirecTV and no longer have any channels so I have taken up reading and the kids going to the library to check out videos each week as they no longer have TV either.
The kids are now 2 and 4 too!! Leah is a princess, attitude and all! Must have needs met immediately or we have full fledged crying yet in the same way she is very easy going and a joy at all times. Jacob is becoming sooo independant that disciplining has been a huge struggle still. He has such a cute little personality and is into story telling and thousands of questions constantly.
Leah- still nursing (hoping to wean this month), sleeps in a toddler bed now- was great with that transition!, is 24lbs,-wears 18mo-2t clothes, has light brown curly short hair, still wears diaper but is enjoying potty time and have had some successes in the process, talks nonstop! she is using 6-8 word sentences consistently and you can understand most of what comes out of her mouth now, she loves her dollies and mostly Elmo and Grover (Melmo and Grobert) and also loves her mommy and baby horse.. she loves horses!! likes to be nakey, take baths and mealtime, naps 3hrs each day still and sleeps from 7p-7a ,
Jacob- In preschool and finally doing well with his work, but still struggling with the other kids and playing nicely and paying attention, but teacher says he is doing better, can dress himself, brush his teeth, day pottytrained and almost nighttrained, loves veggie tales, his Cars , and trains still. great at baseball and hits the ball far!, likes mealtime, snacktime, and bathtime, naps most days 2-3 hrs and sleeps 8p-7a, can write his name, knows his colors, counts to the 30-40s, recognizes most numbers, letters, and can draw fairly good people and trains, etc. He is definitely testing his limits and putting us through alot of stress in the process.. definitely still VERY active and on the go at all times! his mind is constantly in motion moving from thought to thought..
