His first nightmare!

They love each other soo much and Jacob is working really hard at sharing with his sister daily. Today he struggled with sharing the 1 banana we had, but he eventually did ask if "sissy could have half" and that made me proud.. Leah is really into NOT trying to share these days with everything being "mine or no" Those must be her 2 favorite words right now... But they do end everyday with lots of hugs and kisses to each other before bedtime and they never forget!

I believe this is his second dream but first nightmare... he woke around 11:45pm and knocked on his door and told me this " I had a dream, a frog with legs like this (he wiggled his fingers) walked up my back and said 'brrrrrrrrr' and rode on my back while i was running by the train, it was scarey" Needless to say Jimmy was out of town and i let jacob come sleep with me after that and he proceeded to talk to me for 2 hours about whether frogs can talk, or walk, or get up our stairs, or are on the fan in my room, etc.. He also prayed that jesus would put the frog back in the water.. he said " Dear Jesus, please make mommy feel better and put the frog back in the water, dear Jesus, please keep daddy safe and put the frog back in the water, Dear Jesus, help leah sleep and put the frog back in the water, Amen" and i prayed that Jesus would help Jacob only have happy dreams and sleep well and not be scared because He'll protect him.. He also continued to hug and cuddle and kiss on me for an hour telling me he's my best friend and he loves me and needs to hold me tight tonight. I tried to explain to him that dreams are just stories in our minds like books we read and are just pretend but i don't think he understood... He told his teacher at school that there are frogs in his bed.

ALSO, we were having one of our usual disagreements on who is the boss in the house and he proceeded to point at the fridge and say "see , that's daddy's business card so daddy's the boss!" and then he said "and that's my business card so I'm the boss too but mommy you don't have a business card so you are not the boss!" oh did he get in trouble as i was holding back the tears of laughter.... HIS business card is a little mitten that his teacher sent home for him to learn to recognize his name for school and yes, jimmy's business card was on our fridge as its attached to a letter opener and magnet... I guess i should write my name on a BIG piece of paper and tell him since mine is the biggest business card of all i am the BIGGEST boss of them all!
