wow.. almost sounds like 2, kinda sad.. My baby is becoming a big girl and she is the sweetest big girl ever!!!! I just can't say enough how much of a sweet easy baby Leah is and how much joy she brings to our family. Jacob loves her soo much to and is constantly giving her kisses and hugs and playing with her.
She is now walking up and down stairs with just a hand against the wall for support.. we have been practicing jumping off of books but still no real jumping started yet, but she likes to pretend. She also likes to color and is finally getting interested in reading with me, brings me books to read to her in the evening and her favs are usually animals so she can make the sounds of the animals she sees, her fav- Monkey "hehehehe"
Just weighed her today and she is exactly 23 pounds, she wears a size 5 shoe and size 12-18mo clothes.
She uses sippy's, still nurses, and can eat with a spoon and fork fairly well now. She's picky at times but for the most part is a really good eater and surprisingly is not that fond of noodles. Her favs are any kind of fruit and vegetables and she loves dip dip!
Vocal: LOTS OF WORDS and few sentences...hmmm.. i guess i'll try to make a list- these are from past and now. eyes, nose, mouth, teeth, toes, belly, choochoo, bobo, doggie, cat, hat, shoe, sock, seat, food, snack, milk, no, baby, cow, moo, block, book, up, bath, bubble, swing, slide, tv, caillou, I love you, Where (insert anything) go, ball, high five, poopoo, potty, drink, flower, diaper, doll, jacob, mommy, mamaw, papaw, eli, dip dip, more, tickle, ouchie, leah, towel, bow, hair, AND TONS MORE that i could sit here all day and try to think of..
She loves to kiss and hug us especially at bedtime, but also likes to be silly and say NO when you beg for it.
She is still attached to me and fearful of a lot of things but for the most part happy and just loves to play and giggle. Her fav songs are ABC, Ilove you-you love me, and her pooh that she sings along with Lullabee, etc..
Have not started pottytraining although she likes books about the potty and tells me everytime she goes potty.
