oh my, i am sick and i pray jacob doesn't get it.. it's the flu and it has hit me hard, this is the first time i felt like getting up and doing something yet now i have the fever, i spent most of the afternoon laying on the couch, i could hardly even make jacob lunch, blah! .. yuck! of course i get everything that comes with the flu n/v, diarrhea, chills, fever so far of 1o1+ , headache, etc... i told jacob mommy was sick and her belly hurt and made a sad face and he brought me the "boo boo bear" that he had to use yesterday when he fell and hit his lip hard, it was still on the floor in the living room, i can't believe how smart he is!!
He had his 15 month checkup today (which was early morning so that was before i really started feeling sick), and we started going to the dr. originally because he had a squinty eye all morning that the dr. thought was a plugged duct.. He weighed 21 pounds and 4 ounces (10-25% closer to 10 though) and was 31 1/8 inches tall (50% woohoo)... so he is doing good on his chart, dr. said he's just a little guy that's all because he's so active all the time...
He keeps saying new words everyday that i can't keep up, prior to the last couple weeks, i have 40 words on my list now, today he added "car, push, boo boo and shoe" ... He can also walk on his tippy toes and does this when you say 'tippy toes'.. very cute, he has such good balance... dr. was hoping he could say at least 4, not 40! He also said what i thought to be his first sentence but wasn't quite sure.. he was playing with his car saying car and then the car fell over on him and he said " I got boo boo" and then got his boo boo bear, however the boo boo bear always goes to his mouth regardless of the injury location, i guess cause that's the place he used to always bust... anyway, not for sure if that's what he said, but he definitely said something referring to the bear that sounded close to that..
anyway that's all for now, going to lay down and hopefully wake up feeling better, however with the way my stomach is cramping constantly, who knows....
