*Says Mama and Dada frequently all throughout the day to each of us
*Waves bye bye with waving and opening and closing fist
*Claps by slapping hands on top of each other
*Has tantrums by crying and rubbing face on ground while acting like he is crawling
*Sleeps 12 hour straight at night and 2 naps during day 1-3 hours long each.
*Nurses about 5 times during the day (short and sweet) and is starting to "bite" me again.. ouch!
*Eats all baby food and all table foods... He pretty much eats whatever we eat, just cut into small dices/pieces (we do stay away from honey and a few other things but for the most part eats everything)
*Walks alone (getting better everyday) and of course still crawls up on feet and hands.
*Poops same time everday, he's like clockwork (1x day)
*Has started to climb anything he can get his knee up on
*Likes movies (esp. baby einstein, sesame street, and Dora)
*Gives Kisses on demand and to any face he can reach
*Points and "ooohh" at Papaw everytime he sees him in pictures(pretty much ignores the rest of us in pictures)
*Sits thru half the church service and then spends the rest of the time in the nursery (he starts getting antsy in church and yells)
*Can drink from bottle or sippee cup (does well with both) and likes to hold a spoon at meal time although he doesn't know how to pick up food, he will bring the spoon to his mouth correctly.
*Puts head on ground to look through legs and smiles when doing this.. (sumersalt like?)
*Pets Sammie and will walk around with socks in mouth like sammie
*Still "mouths" everything
*7 teeth (4 top, 3 bottom)
*Size 6-9 or 12 mo clothes and size 4 extra wide shoes, size 3 diapers... weighs probably 18 1/2 pounds and probably 28 in long (guessing)
*Loves his pacifier in the car and when asleep (uses 2 at bedtime, squeaks one in hand and sucks on the other)
*Not much of a cuddler except at bedtime he will rest on my shoulder then, too busy, always on the go during the day.
*Will still go to strangers without fear as long as he can see me... Does cry at home when i leave the room or put him in his "safezone".
*very sociable, loves touching other babies and kissing them and crawling on them... most recent MOPS group, I was told he was a "pacifier thief", he tried to steal every babies pacifier instead of suck on his own which he did have hooked to him.
*Likes bath time, stands at side of bathtub while its filling with water trying to climb in while lifting his feet up.. he splashes in the bath and likes feeling the water runs over his hands.. he doesn't like water poured over his face, coughs everytime whether he actually swallows any or not..
*Doesn"t like clothes/diaper to be changed, becomes all wiggly and tries to get away, lots of distractions used during these times then he usually sits still..
hmmm. i will add more as i remember them.
