This is something new Jacob started about a week ago. He is able to calm himself down by sucking on his thumb or fist.. the picture is dark because the lights were out and all i had was the old camera, so not as good picture taking ability. Jacob is now 2 months old!!! i can't believe it's been that long. He is totally over his respiratory virus now and no longer having any respiratory symptoms.. Our only concern continues to be his reflux. He had a really good week last week with hardly any refluxing or spitting up but after i enjoyed myself this weekend with new foods i hadn't eaten since delivery , i believe i ate something that has really upset his stomach. He is having full blown reflux attacks and spitting up constantly day and night right now. I am going to work hard now trying to figure out the culprit.. i do know for sure and have known that whenever i eat milk it hurts his belly bad.. when he gets these refluxing attacks, he usually starts with a big burp and then you can hear sloshing in his stomach/throat that goes into him bending over or stretching/crying/coughing and sometimes spitting up. It is so sad to see him hurt that way... usually it's over in a couple minutes but it is still sad to see...
